Cheryl Cokes is a dedicated REALTOR®, proudly serving Wainwright and surrounding communities. Originally from Sheffield, New Brunswick, Cheryl brings her East Coast charm, strong work ethic, and people 1st approach into every client relationship.

 

As the spouse of a military veteran, Cheryl understands the unique challenges that come with relocations and has a passion for helping military families navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. After experiencing many moves throughout her husband John’s 25 year military career, she knows firsthand how important it is to have trusted guidance during major life transitions.

 

Since moving to Wainwright in 2017, Cheryl has built strong connections within the community through her professional roles, volunteer work, and local involvement. Her background in accounting, finance, and home renovation experience allows her to provide practical insight and thoughtful support to her clients.
